Team representatives take part in the most important conference on photochemistry

Katarzyna Starzak took part in the 8. European Symposium on Photopolymer Sciences (ESPS 2024), which took place from 17 to 20 June 2024 in Stresa, Italy. It was an international conference that brought together experts from science and industry to share the latest findings in the field of photochemistry, photopolymerization and their wide applications.

During the conference, the team presented two key studies:

  1. Oral presentation: Optimizing Printing Parameters to Produce High-Resolution Objects for the Dental Industry, which discussed research on improving 3D printing technology for dental applications.
  2. Poster: Investigating the spectroscopic, kinetic and application properties of new photoinitiator systems dedicated to 3D printing in the dental industry, where innovative research on new photoinitiators that can revolutionize the quality of materials dedicated to dentistry was presented.

The ESPS conference was an excellent opportunity to exchange knowledge, establish cooperation and discuss the future of photopolymerization technology. More information about the conference can be found on the organizers’ website: ESPS 2024

The event was an important event in the scientific calendar, allowing the exploration of the latest developments in the field of photochemistry.
