We inform you that one of our team members, Jakub Pietraszewski, has completed his internship at the University of Upper Alsace in France. The internship took place at the Institut de Science des Matériaux de Mulhouse (IS2M) from 31 March to 7 April 2025, under the tutelage of Professor Jacques Lalevée, who is a world class expert on polymer materials.
The internship focused on advanced characterization techniques, including optical and Raman confocal microscopy as well as electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) measurements. Jakub applied these methods to study photoinitiators developed within the LIDER project. The experience provided him with valuable practical skills in spectroscopic analysis and deepened his understanding of photochemical processes. The knowledge and competencies gained during the internship will significantly support his ongoing research and future scientific development.
